I have to admit that I've not been a fan of Sideshow Collectables, the 1/6 scale don't have very nice stands & I'm not overly fond on the use of fabric as part of the statues as I don't think it will stand the test of time!!!

Having said that..., because more than one person has told me I should give them a try before I judge them, I went on their website & have ended up ordering a 1/4 scale premium format Stormtrooper, it looks great in the pictures so I figured that'd be the best one to get!?!

It was only after ordering it that I went onto rebelscum.com & found out that ALOT of this particular statue are arriving broken/damaged & thus that has left me feeling a bit apprehensive about the journey my Stormtrooper will have to be making from America to the UK SO..., I thought I'd ask if anyone on here has ordered one of these statues & if so, did it survive the journey???

Sideshow have cancellation fee's & so I don't want to be incurring any of those BUT at the same time I don't want to be wasting money on return shipping fee's if the statue has little chance of surviving the postal systems (here & abroard)!?!

Cancelled my order with Sideshow Collectables now, getting it from Collectables Direct over here (UK)..., hopefully it will arrive undamaged!!!

they should issue a full refund or replacement mate, i would imagine itd only require a photograph as proof as i cant see them wanting a broken figure back.

ive just picked up this, i havnt a clue how big they are im hopeing that its at least 12"

This figure/statue is over 19" tall so definately more than 12". That's what drew me to it, bigger can be a good thing I think!!!
