Yeah I always found that with loose figures too, one persons c9 is going to be anothers c7/8. Its always dodgy going on the c scale as its always open to opinion, my advice is to find yourself a couple of good dealers who's c scale your happy with and buy from them.

"hey james so you saying the light gray ones are fake mate and the dark gray are genuine ?"
Yep, from memory the repro vehicles parts are all like this ie. AT-AT battery cover, Y-wing guns. I can't remember if I float tested them.

Just a wee question..I was usually of the opinion that Kenner always taped the weapons to the bubble sides, where as Palitoy and Tri-Logo let the weapon move freely in the bubble. What are the chances of finding a Palitoy with the weapon taped to the bubble?

That naff card Klaatu I bought has the staff taped towards the top and the middle.

It depends mate, my palitoy stormies have loose weapons but my bib, weequay, lando skiff, ree yee, and klaatu have taped weapons. Maybe they only taped the larger weapons.

Hey guys,

have a question. I just purchased a real nice SW vinyl case that has both cardboard inserts and a sticker sheet. I have a full sticker sheet that I will put with this new case and have a complete high quality case (I will post pics when I get it!) but...to the question.

The sheet coming with the case has several stickers missing from it. I have another case that has an incomplete sticker sheet that I can create another full sticker sheet. So if I do this...is this "ok"? I would think it is as we get replacement weapons (NO REPO) for loose figures and this would seem to be along those lines.

Feedback would be great! Thanks!

i personaly wouldnt mate, you can always tell if a sticker has been lifted and replaced, people look for authenticity when buying stuff like that and in particular the sticker sheets. i would advise just putting the two together ( not sticking them or stapling them together though) thumbs up

There's a good chance the glue will be quite dry & not stick back anyway. I remember a guy bought an unused 3 leg R2 sticker- peeled it off & the sticker 'cracked' ie. the printed colour ended up with lines in it.

the r2 guy might just of had bad luck with stickers, honesty is best policy with anything when collecting or it might bite you on bottom later

PostSubject: Help trying to identify is this is a legit Rocket Lili Ledy Boba   Wed Apr 18, 2012 8:28 am

I need help!!
With a lot of sacrifice, because I dont have the money I have bought this Removable Rocket Boba Fett from Lili Ledy, the rocket doesnt have signs of any stress, but the figure itselft was repainted at some point, I have spot some signs of the stress in the hole where the rocket is inserted but i dont know if its because of normal play time use or if it was modified.
Is there someone that can help me. Please have a look and tell me what you think.

hello there first off all welcome to the swcc mate thumbs up

you need some better pictures of the inside of that socket on the boba fett maybe shine a light inside the socket then take a picture so we can see

is there any signs of any sonic welding in the socket ?

i carnt see any signs of sonic welding on the rocket but all the way down one side of the rocket there are scrape marks as if someone has gone down it with a knife to get rid of the sonic welding melt marks put it this way afa would not grade it, the rocket is damaged

at this point i would say no but better pictures of the socket might help

Thanks for the welcome.

Here are more photos of the boba fett i hope it is more clear the holder and the rocket.

I would like to know your opinion for the figure.
Is it an original RR Boba with some defects? Or was the Rocket removed by force?

I have paid like 460 dls for it and some other stuff like a very incomplete Millenium Falcom from Lili Ledy, an Original Lili Ledy loose card (Luke), some incomplete figures like Wicket, Leia Hoth gear and incomplete speeder bike from Lili Ledy.
Do you think it is worth the money? Or was I robbed?

This is the album with the new photos.

Thanks a lot for your help.
